There are five roles within K12 Transfers
|Admin||Admins have full control over all aspects of K12 Transfers including managing transfer reasons, policy terms, school years, attachments, users, email-templates, physical letter generation, and schools.|
|Reviewer||Can review and approve transfers for the district|
|Counselor||Counselors can request transfers to specific sites. You must assign the specific sites to the users.|
|Special Education Admin
||Special Education Admins can verify that there is space for a student with special needs at a requested school site.
|Site Viewer||Site viewer can view approved transfer requests for their sites. You must assign specific sites to these users.|
|Site Admin||Site admins can view and approve transfer requests made to their sites. You must assign specific sites to these users.|
