User Roles
There are five roles within K12 Transfers
Role | Description |
Admin | Admins have full control over all aspects of K12 Transfers including managing transfer reasons, policy terms, school years, attachments, users, email-templates, physical letter generation, and schools. |
Reviewer | Can review and approve transfers for the district |
Counselor | Counselors can request transfers to specific sites. You must assign the specific sites to the users. |
Special Education Admin |
Special Education Admins can verify that there is space for a student with special needs at a requested school site. |
Site Viewer | Site viewer can view approved transfer requests for their sites. You must assign specific sites to these users. |
Site Admin | Site admins can view and approve transfer requests made to their sites. You must assign specific sites to these users. |
