User Roles

There are five roles within K12 Transfers

Role Description
Admin Admins have full control over all aspects of K12 Transfers including managing transfer reasons, policy terms, school years, attachments, users, email-templates, physical letter generation, and schools.
Reviewer Can review and approve transfers for the district
Counselor Counselors can request transfers to specific sites. You must assign the specific sites to the users.
Special Education Admin
Special Education Admins can verify that there is space for a student with special needs at a requested school site.
Site Viewer Site viewer can view approved transfer requests for their sites. You must assign specific sites to these users.
Site Admin Site admins can view and approve transfer requests made to their sites. You must assign specific sites to these users.
