Allowing Sites to Manage Transfers
Rather than a district managing transfers for a site, sometimes the site will manage its own transfers. A common case for this scenario is charter schools. To enable a site to manage transfers, you need to enable the site and then assign users to the site as site admins.
Enable the Site to Manage Transfers
To enable a site to manage transfers select "Reviews transfers" with site administration.
Assign User to Site as Site Admin
Once you enabled the site to manage transfers, you need to assign a user to the site as a site admin.
With the site enabled and a user assigned to the site, the site can now be managed on its own and the site admin will be able to view all the transfers for the site.
